Refund policy

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described.

  • The order was incorrectly fulfilled (wrong product or quantity).

  • A valid refund request is made within 7 days of delivery.


2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom or personalized packaging (e.g., with logos, branding, or custom sizes).

  • Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or not in their original condition.

  • Orders returned without proper authorization.


3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@packnwrap.pk with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.

  2. Attach clear photographs of the item(s) in question.

  3. Our team will respond within 2-3 business days with further instructions.

  4. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.


4. Returns (if applicable)

If a return is required:

  • You will be provided a return shipping address.

  • You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

  • Returned items must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.


5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if production has not started. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
